- We boil water, sugar, lemon juice and some mint.
- After 20 minutes we let the mixture cool down and filtrate it.
- We add to the mixture mascarpone, sour cream (35%) and greek yoghurt.
- In a mixer we add fresh strawberries, icing sugar and lemon juice and mix them well.
- Then, we add the strawberry mixture/syrup to the mascarpone mix, whisking well and place them to the fridge.
- After a few hours we take the Semifreddo out and smooth any wrinkles on the surface of this frozen delicacy using a warm knife or spatula.
- The Semifreddo is ready to be served and enjoyed by you!
