- We cut the pork meat in thin slices in order for them to be cooked well and we place them on the grill for about 15 minutes, turning the meat constantly so that it will be evenly cooked.
- We prepare our signature mavrodafni sauce by putting in a bowl a bit of black laurel, balsamico vinegar, black sugar and fresh thyme. We mix them well together and we wait for the fillets to be cooked.
- While waiting for the fillets to be done, we peel the potatoes, we cut them and put them in the oven to baked for about 40 minutes, adding a bit of salt.
- When the fillets and the potatoes are ready, we place them in a dish pouring on top of them our delicious mavrodafni sauce.
