- We prepare our Special Rib Eye sauce by blending together: one onion, a bit of garlic, olive oil, vinegar, a fresh tomatoe, a bit of thyme, some oregano, a bit of chili, paprika, parsley and some coriander. We mix them well together and leave them in a bowl for a few minutes.
- Next we pour the sauce on the steaks so that the mix will cover the meat.
- Then we place the steaks on the grill, medium heat, so they will be juicy when done and leave them about 10 minutes per side.
- While waiting for the steaks to be grilled, we start making our puree which consists of: parmesan cheese, a spoonful of butter, truffle oil, boiled potatoes and sour cream. We mix the ingredients until we are presented with a fine velvety puree.
- When the steaks are done we serve them hot, on a plate, with a good portion of puree on the side.
