Fish roe dip/taramosalata

  • We add the fish roe/tarama, a few slices of bread, fresh onions and lemon juice in a food processor.
  • While the ingredients blend together we slowly add some extra virgin olive oil.
  • Finally we add a bit of cold water.
  • If the mix is thick we add some more olive oil or water. If it is very soft we add some bread.
  • We serve the tarama/fish roe dip with olives.
