- We cut large slices of the best Greek feta cheese and grill it in medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- We place in on a platter and add some extra virgin olive oil, a bit of brown sugar, some lemon juice and black pepper.
- To accentuate the feta experience we make a spearmint sauce by mixing in a bowl some extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic, fresh onions and spearmint.
- We add the sauce to the side of the feta and serve.
