- First, we boil water in a large pot, add the lobster and cook it for 8 minutes until it turns red.
- In a skillet we add 2 tablespoons of butter, one chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic. We cook and stir for 2 minutes,
- When the lobster is cooked we place it on a cutting board and cut it lengthwise. We place the meat pieces into the skilled and cook for extra 2 minutes.
- We add the tomatoes, some olive oil, salt, pepper, a bit of chili, some lemon juice and some white wine. We cook and stir the mix constantly for 5 to 8 minutes.
- When the pasta is done we place the spaghetti on a serving plate and arrange the lobster pieces on the sides. Lobster pasta is served hot.
