  • First we cut the onions in small slices.
  • In a pan (medium heat) we add some olive oil and toss in the onions.
  • After a couple of minutes, we add a glass of wine and wait for it to evaporate.
  • Next, we add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. We bring to boil for 2 minutes.
  • Then we add some parmesan cheese and turn off the heat.
  • Next, we place the homemade dough on a large surface and cut into large strips.
  • Every strip is filled with the onion mix and then the dough is being folded into a triangle shape.
  • We place the triangle shaped pies in a baking pan and bake at 200C for half an hour –until they get a gold colour.
